Considered one of the most important events in the SIOR schedule, the conference attracts international investors, developers and consultants working in commercial real estate, including members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Industrial Asset Management Council.

The association’s annual conference programme provides members with a forum for debate as well as an educational platform to share best practice and learn about new initiatives and disruptors in the industry. At the Warsaw conference there will be a mix of keynote sessions, panel discussions, debates, Q&As, workshops and educational sessions, plus social and networking events.

Little Britain Challenge Cup: 14-15 September 2018, Cowes

The property and construction industry’s number one regatta brings together hundreds of people from our industry to sail, socialise and fundraise. The 2017 event raised £34,000 for charity.

The 2018 event is well underway. It will again take place at Shepards Wharf, with its own dedicated marina and the Sugar Store, and there will be an array of team building, events and networking opportunities. The racing programme will be delivered by The Island Sailing Club, which organises the world’s largest sailing event, the Round the Island race.

Little Britain attracts project teams celebrating success and companies looking to team build and entertain key clients.

Holistic’s MD Sophie is on the LBCC committee and helps promote this unique event, which delivers great networking and team building, while raising money for those in need.
